Dr. Elizabeth Canales, originally from Peru, pursued her undergraduate and medical education at UCLA before beginning her medical career at Olive View Medical Center as an internal medicine resident. Today, she serves as a dedicated primary care physician at Olive View, where she also takes a leadership role in shaping the residency program’s women’s health curriculum. Dr. Canales is known for her commitment to providing comprehensive care to her patients and her advocacy for women’s health issues. Outside of medicine, she finds joy in birdwatching during her spare moments.
